A Swabian traditional cookie, in a lovely lemon flavor, with lemon zest, a wee bit of real lemon powder, and lemon oil, a Market favorite.
My cookies always use unbleached flour, natural sugars, and farm fresh eggs when possible. These Springerle cookies do have regular whitened powdered sugar, for now until I can find a wholesale powdered sugar that has not gone thru the whitening process. Real flavors such as the lemon oil, and dried ingredients such as the lemon powder and zest.
Basic 5 oz bag and basic 1 pound bag selection does not include fully painted cookies, If you want fully painted on your order, be sure to select that option-=only available on pound orders.
