Springerle, Red Velvet
A Red Velvet flavored Springerle Cookie, great for Valentines, Mother's Day, or Birthday. This cookie is 4 inches across and weighs in at over 2.5 ounce Highlighted red rose with gold accents
Scottish Shortbread, Classic
A wonderful shortbread with that true butter flavor and crisp texture. I use only unbleached flour, natural sugar, real butter, and a splash of sea salt in these cookies. This section is for Market Bags only and is for remaining inventory the few days post Market Days until inventory is gone. They will be themed as posted on my Facebook page for that current time/as is. If you would like a special order, theme, event, please see the other option for orders. This is a great way to try out the cookies if you are wanting to decide on a special event order in the future. Market bags are 1/4 pound each, most often three 2 inch cookies.
Scottish shortbread, Chocolate Chip
That same buttery Scottish Shortbread with added mini semi sweet chocolate chips, for that chocolate craving. Market bags are available for the few days post Markets until inventory is gone. Bag is 1/4 pound, and normally three 2 inch cookies. A great way to sample our product for deciding on your future order or just to get that cookie craving satisfied.

A Gift Treat, Lemon Raspberry, in a beautiful design surely to delight in the traditional German Springerle cookie This cookie is quite large, 4+ inch in diameter and weighs over 3 ounces.
Austrian Linzer Cookies, Jam filled
A cookie spin on the traditional Austrian Linzer tart, as an almond based cookie. They can be filled with raspberry jam as most common, Red Current, Strawberry, Blackberry, or Black Current, you choose on order selection. One pound order would be about 10-12 cookies, depending on mold used.
Our Story
I have baked all my life, thinking back when I was around 7 making my own birthday cake, always helping Mom make cookies for Christmas, and the desserts for her bridge club ladies, or when friends and family would come to visit. When I was a young adult, most of my Christmas gifting included my baked treats.
As I got a bit older and the kids were grown, I thought I'd explore my German heritage from my Mother's side, to be included in my Christmas baked gifts. This took me to some fun cookies, but along the way, I found German Springerle. As I dove into learning this cookie, I met some amazing people and made many wonderful new friends. They all helped, inspired, guided, and encourage me along this new to me cookie world, and thru that I grew the desire to bring these delights to more people, to carry on heritage thru cookies.
I hope you always find a cookie to love, one that helps you feel pretty inside. And I don't mean pretty like beauty, but pretty, as you are special, you are unique, and you are loved in this world.
It is my joy and intent to carry on these amazing heritage style cookies and help them live on and not be forgotten in this modern world.
