A wonderful shortbread with that true butter flavor and crisp texture. I use only unbleached flour, natural sugar, real butter, and a splash of sea salt in these cookies.

This is a great way to try out the cookies if you are wanting to decide on a special event order in the future. Market bags are 1/4 pound each, most often three 2 inch cookies.
